The publisher they didn’t know what to do with it. Ideas had floated around about developing a new report to support it, a new version of the questionnaire or simply to leave it ‘as was’.  

Through user, and non-user interviews, competitive analysis and desk research, blue2 helped provide a steer on current opinion and proposed changes including pricing and operational support.  

An informed decision was made - and their was an uplift in product sales.
